I am into anything that has to do with personal growth and exploration of the boundaries of the human mind 'The Art of Being' so to speak... And everything that makes life fun and worthwhile. Hope to make this site a bit meaningful. I am practicing Ashtanga Yoga since January 2007. Doing these exercises daily is a most interesting journey. Creating a deeper inner focus every time. Feeling more, learning more, sensing more, sometimes finding blockades but just continuing onward in Samadhi....
During the first week of December 2008 I will attend the (Ashtanga Yoga) Teacher Training with David Swenson.
